Group Discussion is a procedure where exchange of ideas and views are discussed upon. This procedure is mostly used for selecting applicants for admittance to management educational institutions generally for MBA.
A common Group Discussion consists of a small group of applicants. Each group is then given a subject for discussion. The subject can be general or specific. Example: Indian Economic system, FDI invest in Retail outlet etc..
